How to Get Started?

Upload an SSH Public Key, verify your phone number, and add a valid credit card. Once this is complete, your basic setup is finished. Of course, you can always adjust this information in your console dashboard.

Request GPU Quota for your Projects

To create an instance, you will need quotas for various resources. This requirement has been implemented to better protect our community and meet your needs, as we can provide guidance on which GPU type best helps you achieve your desired outcomes.

To request quotas, open the console dashboard and navigate to 'Quota' under 'Account' in the left-hand menu. Here, you can request the desired quota for different resources.

Note: To prevent spam we limit the number of quota request you can send simultaneously, so make sure to request your desired amount. Our customer support and success team will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do we Charge your Usage of our Resources

You will be charged on the first of each month for the usage of our resources from the previous month. Once your trial credits are used up, any additional charges will be billed to the card attached to your account on the first of each month.

The Resources we Charge for

We charge for active instances, snapshots, block storage, object storage, file storage, floating IPs, and stopped instances (boot volume).

When instances are stopped, you will not be charged for GPU usage; however, storage charges will still apply. These storage charges depend on the size of the system disk and are calculated based on SSD volume pricing. To view the current SSD volume rates, navigate to the 'Volumes' section of the console dashboard. Click on the 'Create new Volume' button, select 'SSD Block Storage,' and you will see the latest pricing per GiB per month.
